Lets talk the basic chip used in low end smartphones that is 205 chip .

Snapdragon 427 :- This config supports Quad-core up to 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53,GPU :- Adreno 308 upto 720 pixels .
Modem :- X9 LTE up to 300 Mbit/s; upload: Cat 13, up to 150 Mbit/s) .
Another series is 450 ,which meant for budget segment phones .
Snapdragon 450 is made on 14 nm technology .It is based on Octa-core up to 1.8 GHz Cortex-A53 .GPU :- Adreno 506
(WUXGA / Full HD / Full HD+ 18:9 .
DSP technology :- Hexagon 546 .
