A good year for Snapdragon

As we know all our phones are powered by High end microprocessor which doubles the creativity .
In terms of microprocessor we say power house of smartphones .We are much familial with Snapdragon by Qualcomm which power house most of smartphones .The year 2017 was great to see state of art by Qualcomm ,Lets see which chips were introduced .

Lets talk the basic chip used in low end smartphones that is 205 chip .

205 houses X5 LTE Modem Up to 1.1 GHz dual-core Cortex-A7 ,memory type single LPDDR2/3 384MHz .

Snapdragon 427 :- This config supports Quad-core up to 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53,GPU :- Adreno 308 upto 720 pixels .
Modem :- X9 LTE  up to 300 Mbit/s; upload: Cat 13, up to 150 Mbit/s) .

Another series is 450 ,which meant for budget segment phones .
Snapdragon 450 is made on 14 nm technology .It is based on Octa-core up to 1.8 GHz Cortex-A53 .GPU :- Adreno 506
(WUXGA / Full HD / Full HD+ 18:9 .
DSP technology :- Hexagon 546 .
Modem :- X9 LTE (download: Cat 7, up to 300 Mbit/s; upload: Cat 13, up to 150 Mbit/s).

Qualcomm introduced 630 ,636,660 .

Snapdragon 630 :- It is based on  Octa-core (2.2GHz+1.8GHz Cortex-A53).
DSP technology :- Hexagon 642
GPU :-     Adreno 508 (QXGA / Full HD / 1920x1200

Snapdragon 636 :- Octa-core (2.2GHz+1.8GHz Cortex-A53).
DSP technology :- Hexagon 680
GPU :-     Adreno 509 (FHD+ (18:9))

Now comes to high end and most talked Snapdragon 845 .

Snapdragon 835 :- Is manufactured on 10 nm technology ,It houses GPU 540 ,Modem
X16 LTE (download: Cat 16, up to 1000 Mbit/s; upload: Cat 13, up to 150 Mbit/s) ,CPU :- 4 + 4 Octa-core (2.45GHz+1.9GHz A73 custom)

Snapdragon 845 :-

• 845 packs with 630 Ardeno GPU which enable visula processing power .
• 845 also has AI third generation scene and object recognition on the fly .
• 845 main highlight is X20 LTE modem :peak download speed :1.2 Gbps ,peak upload 150 Mbps
• Camera also enable high end specification's :-HDR recording ,Multi -frame Noise Reduction .
• Display :- Ultra HD Premium-ready,4K Ultra HD, 60 FPS,10-bit color depth
•  Video :- 10-bit, 4K Ultra HD @ 60 FPS capture and playback,Support for HDR10, HLG,H.264 (AVC), H.265 (HEVC), VP9 .

The implementation of Snapdragon 835 & Snapdragon 845 is waited in smartphones that would come in 2018 .More chips would emphasis on low budget feature phones .

GOOGLE Oreo Edition

Yesterday Google at event launched best OS Android Oreo Go for budget phones . Google is doing best in its Linux run OS that Android . Now Android would be best optimized for budget phones .
Why budget phone's need Oreo GO OS ,so here comes in India ,Indian smartphone manufacturer launch budget phones with  low hardware spec and too running on latest Android OS that marshmallow ,Nougat these said OS require high end processor & memory to handle round-robin processes but these budget phones with 1 Gb ram don;t make it because latest Android Phones require more than 2 Gb ram ,16 Gb ram .

                                                Google Android Oreo Go is lite version of Oreo meant for phones with as low as with 512 mb ram and would come with lite version of apps for example YouTube Go .
As trend of Lite apps are in trend for example :-LinkedIn Lite ,Facebook Lite  ,messenger Lite  are also available on google playstore .All other information regarding Android Oreo Go would be coming soon and expected by India smartphone manufacturer would come with new budget phones running with Oreo Go .

Nokia 9 coming early 2018

As Nokia has made again a footprint by launching Android phone's in market with latest Nokia 2 which is the cheapest in Nokia product line till now . Nokia is known for it's flagship phone like Lumia 1020 with 41 MP . Now rumors are Nokia 9 would be coming in early 2018 . Lets take overview what Nokia 9 would bring for Nokia Fan's .

Nokia 9 technical specifications :-

1. 835 SoC Snapdragon processor .
2. RAM :- 6 GB with 64 internal memory and 6 GB with 128 GB memory .
3. 5.5 QHD display with IP67 certification

Still it is not clear that Nokia 9 would be launching in India or not .Let's hope and wait announcement from HMD .
