Computers have become really cheap you can buy notebook starting from 15,000 INR on which you can run windows and Ubuntu ,but these low cost notebooks can impress you if it is these have fast processing .As these low cost notebooks run low voltage inlet atom processor .As Intel atom processors are really slow in terms of speed.Atom was introduced in 2008 as the company’s new ultra-low-voltage chip. Its design targeted a now forgotten category of “mobile Internet devices.” The Samsung Q1, a 7-inch device with a joystick-like mouse controller, is a great example of the category.Mostly INTEL ATOM can been seen in dell venue tabs but they are slow so Intel inside doesn't go with high speed so Intel should rethink about the ATOM processor which is affecting brand name .

Linux mint customized
Whenever I'm not at home, I'm taking my ThinkPad laptop with me hat I installed Linux Mint on. While I could run a flavor of Windows on the device as well, I made the deliberate decision to install Linux on the device to discover what it has to offer.
I discovered the window customization settings recently on the system and have to admit that I wish that Windows would offer similar options. While it is certainly possible to use third-party programs for that on Windows, at least for some functionality, there is nothing comparable when it comes to native Windows customization options.
There is probably a faster way to open the window customization settings but I opened them via Menu > Preferences > Windows.

The Titlebar section highlights several features that Windows does not support by default:
Customize the buttons that are displayed in the titlebar
On Windows, you get minimize, maximize and close only. Using the Windows menu, it is possible to display up to six different buttons in total (placed on the left or right).
The additional buttons that you may add are menu, sticky and shade. Menu displays the window menu, sticky sets it to be on top and shade adds a roll-up feature to it so that only the titlebar of the window is displayed when it is activated.
You may furthermore customize actions on mouse clicks. The default actions are to maximize on double-click, to lower the window so that it is only displayed in the taskbar on middle-click, and to display the menu on right-click.
Toggle options that you may replace existing clicks with are always on top, to roll-up the window, to maximize vertically or horizontally, and to toggle all workspaces.
It is furthermore possible to define an action when you mouse scroll on the title bar.

APPLE PAY WILL BE AVAILABLE IN SUMMER
The Cupertino giant is said to announce the Apple Pay expansion during tomorrow’s WWDC keynote. Apple has reportedly been negotiating with banks and retailers about launching the service since last year. Apple Pay will work on more than 350,000 payment terminals in the UK from day one.
A recent report by Reuters revealed that less than 24% of all top retailers in the United States support Apple Pay. Expansion in the UK will surely be good news for Cupertino, as 40% of all smartphones over there are iPhones.

SAMSUNG E7 AND E5 READY TO GET LOLLIPOP UPDATE
Samsung Galaxy E5 and Galaxy E7 are budget flavors of the A-series, losing the metal frames to plastic. Both phones come with Super AMOLED 720p displays and run on the Snapdragon 410 chipset. The E5 is the smaller 5" model with 8MP camera, while the E7 is bigger at 5.5" and packs a 13MP rear snapper.
Both Galaxy E5 and E7 were launched last February running Android KitKat, but they are now entering Samsung's official Lollipop queue and their updates are scheduled for completion during Q3 (July-September) this year.
Samsung is going to bring world's thinnest tablet
According to recent rumors, Samsung is about to announce two new high-end Android tablets that will succeed last year's Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and Galaxy Tab S 10.5. The new slates will probably be called Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 and Galaxy Tab S2 9.7.
We already saw a few renders that allegedly showed the Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 (model number SM-T815), and now it's time to take a look at the Tab S2 8.0 (model number SM-T715).
Approved today by China's Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center (also known as TENAA), the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 sports an 8-inch AMOLED display with 1536 x 2048 pixels and a 4:3 aspect ratio, weighs 260 grams, and measures 198.2 x 134.5 x 5.4 mm. At just 5.4 mm, the Tab S2 8.0 should become the world's thinnest tablet, but we'll just have to wait for Samsung to officially announce the device before giving it this title.
The S2 8.0 runs Android Lollipop, and is powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 1.9 GHz (most likely, this is an Exynos 7420). Other features include LTE, 3 GB of RAM, a 2 MP front-facing camera, 8 MP rear camera, and expandable internal memory (starting at 16 GB).
You can take a look at the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 in the slideshow below. In case you don't think the tablet is too attractive, we can tell you from our experience that virtually all devices photographed by TENAA look worse than in reality.
SKYPE USERS BE ALERTED
Just a few days ago, information surfaced about a strange string that can crash the iOS Messages app. The bug became pretty viral, caused a lot of controversy and apparently sparked an interest in such exploits. So much so, that a similar hack has now been found for Skype. The Microsoft-owned messenger also appears to be susceptible to malicious messages and it turns out that it requires a lot less effort than the complicated spell-like message that plagued Apple’s messenger. If you send any message containing the string “http://:” to a Skype contact their client will most-likely crash and keep on crashing after a restart.
This loop of death, reportedly, occurs on the Windows Desktop client for Skype, as well as the mobile versions for Android and iOS, although there have been some reports that certain version of Android are still safe. The bug doesn’t seem to affect Mac users or the special touch-optimized, Skype app for Windows 8 and 8.1.
The string itself looks alarmingly simple and, frankly, it is rather odd that somebody hasn’t stumbled upon it sooner. Presumably, the misspelled protocol reference messes with the link-handling functions in Skype and causes it to crash. What makes the bug particularly dreadful is that it persists after restarting the app and even after reinstalling it or deleting its history, as Skype instantly downloads it again. The only workaround for the time being seems to be to ask the sender to delete the message, so, it is no longer in history and then reinstalling Skype.

pirate bayFredrik Neij, one of The Pirate Bay’s co-founders, was a key operator of the torrent site during its early years.
In 2012 Fredrik received a 10-month prison sentence for his involvement with the notorious site, which he initially avoided.

WINDOWS 10 HARDWARE MICROSOFT GIVES A NEW LOOK TO WINDOWS
icrosoft, in the midst of showing off Windows 10 at the Computex trade show in Taiwan this week, has revealed a new range of new PCs, laptops, and tablets designed to work with its newest operating system. In addition to the Asus Transformer Book T100HA shown off earlier this week, also detailed on stage was a new version of Dell's 15-inch XPS laptop on the way that borrows the "virtually borderless" InfinityEdge display from its 13-inch sibling, and a new HP tablet with "revolutionary note-taking capabilities."
Nick Parker, VP of Microsoft's Original Equipment Manufacturer Division, also lifted the lid on another HP product — a 2-in-1 device with a magnetic hinge that makes it flexible, and — like the tablet — the 2-in-1 device has pen functionality that allows users to annotate directly in Edge, Microsoft's replacement for Internet Explorer. Toshiba also debuted its own Windows 10 2-in-1: the Toshiba Astrea features a 4K resolution screen and a camera capable of face authentication via Windows Hello.

DELL NEW RANGE OF LAPTOPS RUNNING WINDOWS 10 |
While Dell managed to surprise us with its rather handsome XPS 15 -- the sibling of the thin-bezel XPS 13 laptop -- at Computex, it's also bringing us a range of both new and refreshed models ahead of the Windows 10 launch. Starting off with the headliner, we have the Inspiron 15 7000 series laptop (pictured above) that runs on Intel's quad-core Core i7H chip, and it's garnished with Waves MaxxAudio enhancement plus a "performance class" NVIDIA graphics processor with 4GB of GDDR5 memory, so you'll get some good gaming action on it. Most importantly, the machine's 15-inch FHD display has an optional 4K touchscreen upgrade that looks stunning, though it isn't clear as to how long that 74WHr battery can last for. The price? All we know so far is that it'll start from 5,999 yuan or about $970 when it launches in China on August 7th.
For those seeking more versatility, there's the new Inspiron 15 7000 Series 2-in-1, which is pitched as an affordable hybrid laptop. It features a massive 15.6-inch IPS touchscreen, as well as up to almost nine hours of battery life, spill-resistant backlit keyboard, brushed aluminum body and MaxxAudio software. This beast will land in the US on June 23rd with a starting price of $550.

Microsoft to preinstall more apps on Android with Dell partnership source cnet
Windows productivity and collaboration apps, like its Skype messaging service, will now be found on the home screen when people buy some devices running Google's Android mobile operating system starting later this year, Microsoft announced Monday. Those apps include Skype and others like its OneDrive Internet-storage service and OneNote writing program, alongside mainstays like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Microsoft also said it brokered a new set of partnerships with smaller, regional device makers spanning multiple continents and large markets like Russia, Germany and Pakistan. All eleven of the deals will extend to business and consumer versions of the apps, giving companies the option of purchasing bundles that allow the software to be used across various platforms.
Microsoft executives ultimately hope that getting more people using its apps will pull consumers away from other free alternatives, like Google's suite of Web apps preloaded on almost every Android device in the world, which totaled more than 1 billion shipments last year alone.
Meanwhile, sales of Microsoft's cash cow, its Windows and Office software for PCs, are slowing as free alternatives and cloud services become more popular. Microsoft in January said in response that its next operating system, Windows 10, will be free, much like it has been treating its Windows apps for the better part of the last year. Eventually, Microsoft hopes, consumers will move onward to the products Microsoft can charge money for like its Office 365 subscription service, which charges for access to its productivity apps across devices.

Amazon starts logistics company in India source TOI
NEW DELHI: Amazon has set up a logistics company in India to deliver products directly to consumers, opening a new front in the battle for top honours in the country's fast-growing online retail industry.
Amazon Transportation Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of US-based Amazon, will ship goods from sellers who transact on the company's online marketplace in India. Such a service is already on offer from Flipkart through logistics company eKart, and Snapdeal, which bought a stake in delivery firm Gojavas last week.
"We want to change how India shops," said Samuel Augustine Thomas, director of transportation for Amazon in India. "The logistics arm has been set up to aid in last-mile delivery as products can be shipped faster," he said. Products sold on the Amazon marketplace are now shipped to some 19,000 pin codes across the country.
ATSL will be one of the logistics partners for Amazon's Indian marketplace.
The company's Indian marketplace expects to sell goods worth over Rs 12,000 crore ($2 billion) this fiscal. The company will continue to work with other partners including India Post and courier companies like Gati, Blue Dart and DHL.
Experts are of the view that "last-mile delivery" will increasingly be a crucial front in the war for leadership in India's e-commerce industry, which is expected to be worth $43 billion (Rs 2.5 lakh crore) by 2018.

Samsung Galaxy S6 is cheaper
While the base variant of Samsung Galaxy S6 has been priced at Rs 49,990, the starting price for Galaxy S6 edge is Rs 58,900.
The pricing of the Samsung's new smartphones looks aggressive, with most flagships sporting Rs 50,000-plus price tags. However, what many may have missed is that Samsung Galaxy S6's launch price is actually lower than that of Galaxy S5's too.
Last April, Samsung Galaxy S5 hit stores at a price tag of Rs 51,500. This makes Galaxy S6 cheaper than its predecessor by Rs 1,600.
What's worth noticing here is that the South Korean manufacturer has used more premium materials (glass and metal) in Galaxy S6 compared to Galaxy S5 (all-plastic build). This basically means Samsung is footing a higher manufacturing bill for the new model compared to last year's flagship.
Samsung, of course, has not divulged the bill of materials yet, but we expect companies like iFixit to soon do a tear-down analysis of Galaxy S6 and give an estimate on the material costs involved.
Galaxy S6 is also priced cheaper than Apple iPhone 6, its main rival in the Indian smartphone market. Launched at Rs 53,500, the Apple smartphone saw its official price increase to Rs 56,000 earlier this month (post budget announcements).

WANNA BUY Xiaomi Redmi 1S at lower price then here is a deal
Xiaomi fans, who have often complained about fewer handsets on sale than demand in the market, have a reason to cheer: they can now get the popular smartphone even cheaper than that offered on Flipkart as the Chinese handset maker will conduct flash sales with refurbished goods e-tailers Overcart and GreenDust.
But there's a catch — the models that will be sold will either be seal-opened but unused, or have some software issues, hence would be refurbished. Overcart and Green-Dust will hold flash sales of the Redmi 1S smartphones on March 23 where a few thousand units will be put up for sale on both sites.

Manu Jain, head of India operations at Xiaomi, when asked whether the company was aiming to mainstream sales of such devices in the Indian market, where most consumers are rapidly taking to using smartphones, told ET, "It (sale of refurbished or unboxed phones) is already happening through offline channels in large markets across the country. Our tie-ups with GreenDust and Overcart, among others, will bring this unorganised market to online, making purchases more reliable for consumers," he said. "If everything goes right, we will scale it up."
Open-box or unboxed phone will be sold for Rs 4,999 while the refurbished version will come with a price tag of Rs 4,599 a piece, on both websites, with separate flash sales for both kinds. Both type of phones will have a six-month warranty from the sellers. A new Redmi 1S is available at Rs 5,999 on Flipkart.

MOTO E 2nd GEN REVIEW
Motorola brought about a paradigm shift in India's low-end smartphone market with its first-generation Moto E, a handset that offered a decent screen, long-lasting battery and sufficiently powerful processor to a segment that only had poor quality Android phones. This smartphone was a gamechanger, so much so that other brands like Micromax etc had to step up their game just to remain relevant.
But a year is a long time in the smartphone industry and the likes of Xiaomi and Lenovo came with their own handsets that offered similar features at the price point and bettered Moto E when it came to its biggest weakness: the camera.
Design
While the second-generation Moto X and G smartphones sport designs that easily differentiate them from their predecessors, the second-generation Moto E sticks to the old look and feel. So, you get a slightly bigger screen in a package that is just as thick (12.3mm at its thickest point) and heavy (145gram) as the first-gen model.
The back is still curved, which makes holding the second-generation Moto E very easy even for people with small hands. Towards the top of the rear panel are the camera encircled with a metal ring and the dimpled Motorola logo. The volume rocker and power keys are located on the right side and sport a brushed metal look, which make them easier to locate without even looking.
One big change you will notice the introduction of removable bands, which Motorola has used as a means of providing little customization option to buyers. Though the bands feel a little flimsy in terms of build quality by themselves, they are easy to secure on the handset and complement the overall build quality of the smartphone. These bands also help users grip the smartphone, as they sport the same finish we saw in the new Moto E's volume rocker and power button.
Display
The increase in screen size (from 4.3-inch in the first-gen model to 4.5-inch in the new one) means that pixel density has decreased. However, we did not find any pixilation, partly due to the colour reproduction of the panel, which masks the pixels that may be seen by the naked eye.
Moto E (Gen 2)'s display performs well under direct sunlight and does not lose colours when used outdoors. However, the viewing angles still show room for improvement, even though they are better than the ones we have seen on the first-generation Moto E. The new smartphone does well in colour reproduction too, giving rich and vibrant colours that don't seem oversaturated.
Hardware
Inside, the Moto E (Gen 2) model available in India runs on the same 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 processor as its predecessor, but has four cores this time. The RAM is still 1GB, but you get twice the internal storage (8GB). In the camera department, you finally get a selfie snapper but only of VGA resolution, while the rear shooter sticks to the 5MP resolution. Battery capacity has increased (from 2,080mAh to 2,390mAh), while the connectivity suite remains the same (2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB 2.0).
MOTO E 2nd GEN is available on flip kart @6999rs.
how to save your mobile data
Disable unnecessary push notifications
Push notifications can lead to higher data use, especially if you use a lot of interactive apps such as social network clients and messaging services. A number of apps also push promotional content that is not relevant to you.Modern Android devices and iPhone offer ways to disable push notifications through the system settings. You should also set your email to fetch mode and disable push unless you receive critical, time sensitive messages.
Track data use
The latest iterations of both Android and iOS allow you to track data usage for individual apps to identify the ones eating up your data allowance. You can even disable background data transfer (data use when the apps are running in the background to perform some task).
Disable auto-download on WhatsApp
Most WhatsApp users who're part of some or the other group receive multiple forwards in the form of pictures, videos and audio. When ever you receive these items you also incur data costs. Fortunately, you can choose to disable auto-downloads for all, none or a certain content type whenever you receive a multimedia message. You should ideally enable video and audio auto-downloads only when the phone's connected to Wi-Fi.
Offline viewing/listening
Do you watch a lot of videos on the go? Or stream music? Mobile data networks in India don't really offer good bandwidth plus data use is expensive. It's a good idea to subscribe to a paid plan of a music streaming service and sync your songs when connected to Wi-Fi. YouTube also lets you temporarily download music videos from most popular Indian record labels, valid for a period of 48 hours.
Use data compression
If you read a lot of online articles on your phone, it's a good idea to enable compression on your mobile browser. Google Chrome offers a 'Reduce data usage' setting to make the size of the web pages you visit smaller using Google servers. It even offers graphical statistics of data savings. Opera also offers Max, a free, data-savings and data-management app that compresses videos, images and media from apps and websites to reduce data use.
